Frequently asked questions
How do I share my result? Finish your daily word game, screenshot the board, and share it to Gloaty via the share sheet — or pick the screenshot from inside the app. Gloaty reads the grid automatically.
Why can’t I see my group’s results yet? A group’s results stay locked until every member has played that day, or until the group’s daily cutoff time passes. Once unlocked, everyone sees the leaderboard, the answer, chat, and reactions.
My result was read incorrectly. What do I do? The grid is read automatically from your screenshot and is occasionally wrong. Re‑submit a clearer, full screenshot of the finished board. If it keeps happening, email j@jaym.cc.
How do I turn off notifications? Disable notifications for Gloaty in your device’s Settings, or leave the group whose alerts you no longer want.
How do I delete my account? Email j@jaym.cc from your account’s email address and request deletion. Your account and associated data will be removed within a reasonable period.
